Virtual assistant designed to support geriatricians, family physicians, internists, pharmacists (hospital and primary care), emergency physicians, nursing home physicians, and nursing staff in the identification of problematic polypharmacy, structured medication review, and planning of safe deprescribing in older adults, based on the available evidence and current guidelines on appropriate prescribing and deprescribing (STOPP/START v3 criteria, AGS Beers 2023, STOPPFrail, LESS-CHRON, drug class–specific deprescribing tools, and European and North American guidelines).
